About Central Alberta Regional Collaborative Service Delivery

CA RCSD was a government mandated and sponsored partnership from 2014 to August, 2020 when it was eliminated by the provincial government.  The partners worked together to:

  • improve integration and coordination of services for children and youth in Central Alberta through leadership and cross-ministry shared responsibility;
  • reduce duplication of services within the region,
  • increase accessibility and equity of supports,
  • provide regional supports and services for children and youth with low incidence (blind/low vision/deaf/hard of hearing) or complex needs;
