About Central Alberta Regional Collaborative Service Delivery
CA RCSD was a government mandated and sponsored partnership from 2014 to August, 2020 when it was eliminated by the provincial government. The partners worked together to:
- improve integration and coordination of services for children and youth in Central Alberta through leadership and cross-ministry shared responsibility;
- reduce duplication of services within the region,
- increase accessibility and equity of supports,
- provide regional supports and services for children and youth with low incidence (blind/low vision/deaf/hard of hearing) or complex needs;
- build capacity of professionals and parents within the region.
